Year 3 revised vegetable activity and practised pronunciation. They then explained Jack and the beanstalk to their partners before watching a French version of the story. They then practised pronouncing the vocabulary from the story and labelled images from the story.
In Year 3 Computing today we continued our journey into coding by exploring the Micro:bit, a mini computer that we can program to achieve lots of different outcomes. We loved exploring the device and creating images do display on it, as well as using it to create a flashing heart animation.
In history this week, we learned all of the vocabulary that we will need to understand Prehistoric Britain. Most importantly, we learned that prehistory means ‘before written records.’
